The Washington DC Green Wedding Consortium announces that they will be giving away a $50K Eco-friendly green wedding. The announcement of the winner will be on 1/31/09 at the Decatur House from 12-5.

The Washington DC Green Wedding Consortium announces that they will be giving away a $50K Eco-friendly green wedding. The announcement of the winner will be on 1/31/09 at the Washington DC Couture Wedding Consortium 2009 Couture Bridal Show. The show will be held at the Stephen Decatur House on 1/31/09 from 12-5pm. All press are welcome to come from 10-12pm for a VIP pre-show party and during the show's open house. Register is free for all. 1st 100 brides will receive a free goody bag and the winner of the Green Wedding will be announced at 3:30pm. Couples entering the contest cannot have a wedding date already planned and must agree to having this be their only wedding and to release all images for press usage. The wedding will be held on April 22, 2009 as it is Earth Day! The following vendors will be providing services. Katie Martin of Elegance and Simplicity Wedding and Event Designers, Inc. will be answering all press inquiries in regards to the free green wedding at greenconsortiums@Gmail.com.
