Bank of America recently settled a class action dispute for 35 million dollars, and you may be eligible to receive damages from that fund. There are certain selection criteria that is required in order for you to receive damages. You must have had an insufficient funds fee assessed to your account within five business days of using your debit card. Or, you were assessed an overlimit fee on your account within the same billing cycle that a debit card purchase was made.

While Bank of America does not admit liability for the damages, they have settled the class action suit. You may receive payment of up to $78 for damages.
