South Jersey carpet cleaning company is the exclusive cleaner for Jan's Boutique of Cherry Hill, NJ
Greg Ducati of ducati deepcleen,llc and owners of Jan's Boutique have reached an agreement to use ducati deepcleen, llc exclusively for all of their carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning needs.

Greg Ducati and Paul Virilli didn't even know each other 15 months ago. They met when Greg, owner of ducati deepcleen happened to be doing some work in the South Jersey neighborhood where Paul lives. As it would turn out, Greg's customer was a friend of Paul's. After a brief conversation, Greg set up an appointment to clean the tile floor in Paul's kitchen at home because he was so impressed with the way his friends came out. From that day on their business relationship flourished.
ducati deepcleen cleaned his tile floor with great results and they have been to his home on several occasations since then to clean carpet, upholstery and even some carpet repair work in a few rooms. Paul is co-owner of Jan's Boutique on Rt. 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. To him it was a no brainer to have Greg's company see what they could do for the carpets in his store. They had several differant companies in the store over the last two years with very poor results.
The first appointment was to clean dressing rooms "we couldn't believe how clean they came up" Paul said. Jan's Boutique then scheduled an appointment to have some upholstery cleaned and finally another appointment to clean open areas. All three times the owners were completely satisfied. The store is now set up to use ducati deepcleen exclusively on a monthly basis, which started four months ago. Finally, Jan's has found a carpet cleaning company they can trust.
Here is a little bit of how ducati deepcleen came about. Having 15 years of experience in carpet installation and over 10 years experience in carpet & upholstery cleaning (working with other firms), I decided to start my own business venture with the support of my wife and family. "ducati deepcleen" is now 4 years old and continues to grow. One of the reasons for going out on my own was that I didn’t care for the high pressure sales tactics that most of the large franchised companies utilize. I believe that you can fulfill your customers needs, leave feeling satisfied with the services you've provided, and run a profitable business without pressuring your customers.
My wife and I are in our late 30’s with four children. We have a 17 year old daughter, a 15 year old son, a 3 year old son and our newest edition was born on May 22, 2008. Joanne runs all of the day to day office operations with some help, and I spend most of my time in the field, either cleaning or giving estimates. We consider ourselves simple people who are grateful to have had the resources to start our own business. We believe that hard work and a personal connection with our customers is the ultimate formula for our future success.
We strive to make a personal connection with each and every customer just as if they were one of our family. Having a service company come into your home can be an un easy experiance for some people, after all you don't know them. It should be a relaxing atmosphere, and that's how we go about our business, no high pressure sales, no hidden cost, clean cut, professional and respectful. This may be one of the reasons people call from as far as Cape May, NJ. Although we don't usaully travel that far unless the truck can make a day of it, it's amazing how far the word of high quality service can travel.
It's unfortunate, but sometimes potential customers of any service company, including carpet cleaning, view their services as a commodity ( meaning something tangible). For example, let's take a name brand 52 inch high definition television. Everything on the tv. is the same. Same color, same buttons, same stand. Most people would shop store circulars until they found the cheapest price. That's fine, because all the stores are selling " THE SAME EXACT ITEM". The point we are trying to make here, is not all service companies are the same.
In our industry, there are many companies to choose from with a wide range of price differences. Not all, but some use very low pricing to get their "foot in the door" and then charge you for services or extras that you thought were part of their very low pricing. When you call a carpet cleaner, make sure to ask exactly what is included in the price you are quoted before you book the appointment. Any reputable company will be able to answer that clearly and without hesitation.
