Chesterfield, MO January 29, 2009- Amid one of the biggest economic downturns of the last 100 years, local personal training company Essential Fitness continues to grow. The end of February 2009 will mark the 2 year anniversary of the company that St. Louis native Ian Fagala formed in the winter of 2007. After operating out of several local facilities as an independent trainer, Fagala decided it was time to open his own location. Months of strategic planning and carefully examining both what the community wants and needs, Essential Fitness finally opened its first fitness studio at the corner of Woodsmill Rd and Olive Blvd in chesterfield, just the first of many planned St. Louis locations. Despite the current state of the economy, Essential Fitness has grown significantly each month and plans to hire more top-notch trainers by the summer.
