Xtreme Krav Maga St. Louis will be opening Sat. Feb. 7th and hosting a 2 hour self defense seminar focusing on Combatives, defenses and weapons plus raffling off a FREE 1 year membership.

Krav Maga is the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, and has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies and thousands of civilians in the United States.

This program teaches you how to defend yourself against common chokes, grabs, bear hugs, and other attacks, including fighting on the ground and when confronted by a weapon. They emphasize realistic scenarios and realistic defenses.

Krav Maga is based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self defense in the shortest possible time.

Students will learn Combatives such as punches, kicks, knees, elbows, head butts and how to defend against common chokes, grabs, and bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks. Just as important, we teach people to function during the stress and shock of a sudden, violent encounter. Tested on the battlefield and in the streets, Krav Maga's practical approach to self defense will make you safer and more secure.
