At the press conference she gave an idea to the media about her brand value and how she benefits the product and all about her contribution and hard work.

In an article dated 8th January, 09 in the Bombay Times section of Times of India, we discovered that Diana HAYDEN IS JUDGING THE femina Miss India Audition on 10th and 11th January, 2009. As per our agreement para 5, which states-

“Brand Ambassador undertakes not too accept any assignments as a Brand Ambassador OR as a model or in any other capacity for endorsing any Product or Services which are same/ similar to / conflicting with that of the services offered by her to the company.”

In the light of the above fact, what is the integrity of Diana Hayden as a brand ambassador or that of Times of India to engage our brand ambassador as their judge?

Our CMD, Mr. Rajiv Kashyap states: “It is shocking and disappointing. She has been great as a brand ambassador. We cannot understand the strategy of Times Group of using our brand ambassador as a judge, when she is bound by us? Times of India were present in our launch party through their reporters of Bombay Times. So it seems that Times Group is purposely using Diana Hayden ‘s name to create a controversy.”
