Court House Hotel Bacchus Marsh attack elderly patrons, police called

Residents of Bacchus Marsh who know the Court House Hotel in Main Street and have elderly relatives who like to go to their local and play the pokies for a bit of fun might get more than they bargained for. My Mother who is 65 years old and has a heart of gold has been frequenting the Court House Hotel in Main Street Bacchus Marsh. It seems a couple of young female staff have taken to goading, intimidating and harassing the very people that pay their wages. People like my mother. A few weeks ago she was playing the pokies at the abovementioned Hotel when she asked a staff member a simple question and was rudely abused. My mother then contacted the manager, Tony and informed him that she was spoken to like a dog by this staff member Michelle Van Beuren who used to work in the Hotel at Melton and was sacked for her rude behaviour, this scum bag was then employed at the Bacchus Marsh Golf club where again she was sacked for rudeness. Last night my mother went back to the court house hotel to play the pokies, upon asking lovley irate and hateful Michelle van Beuren what time the pub closed she was abused and threatened by both Michelle and another female staff member who proclaimed her undying love and friendship to Michelle and proceeded to inform my elderly Mother that they were going to get their revenge and get their sweet revenge they did. The pair of low life gutter scum called the police on my mother and had her removed by force. Later Van Beuren took out a violence restraining order against my mother and hit me with a letter from solicitors threatening to sue me for libel and slander if I did not remove this press release. I have since had a plethora of complaints from other patrons since releasing this news. My mother looks after sick and injured animals, she volunteers to help the elderly and the mentally ill and she bought four young boys up on her own when my father was killed in a car accident, I was just six and my brothers were all younger than me. I would just like to congratulate the Court House Hotel at Bacchus Marsh and its nominee Edward Gauci, you have managed to push the barriers and limits of what I call absolutely disgraceful service and attitude. I congratulate you on encouraging your staff to attack and abuse your patrons, the very people that pay your wages. I would say to Eddie Gauci that it is only a matter of time before you close the place down, your staff will and are ensuring you will go broke. To the patrons of the Court House Hotel, if you have problems with this Michele report her to management, also give Stoney's pub or the Golf Course a go if you want to play the pokies.
