Apex is excited to announce it has signed an agreement for an undiluted equity interest in the Green Engine Technology, a device which cuts engine fuel consumption by up to 50%, by Pure Water Fuel Inc. The Green Engine Technology Device developed by Pure Water Fuel Inc. uses electricity from your car battery to separate water into a gas called HHO (2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen). HHO burns clean and the end product is pure water! The water is supplemental to gasoline, so you will still have to fill up your fuel tank, but only about half as often. Studies have shown that hydrogen will increase gas mileage, clean vehicle emissions, and increase oil life.The result will save hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on fuel each year per vehicle. The Pure Water Fuel Inc. Green Engine Technology (hydrogen generator) can be installed in most vehicles: gas, diesel, carbureted, fuel injected, old or new cars and trucks and has additional marine applications.When a fuel saving device is installed, such as a Supplemental Hydrogen Generator, the petroleum-based fuel is burned more completely. One of the results of this is that there is more oxygen (and less unburned hydrocarbons) in the exhaust stream. This is very positive, and is in fact, what we are trying to achieve with the Green Engine Technology.However, “the computer” in modern cars may perceives this condition as a "too lean" air/fuel mix. In other words, what is now a desirable condition in the exhaust will be interpreted by the computer as "not enough gas", and the computer will direct the fuel injectors to increase the amount of gas being pumped into the engine.The result is that the oxygen sensor and computer prevent super efficient combustion from occurring! Pure Water Fuel Inc. Green Engine Technology performance chip corrects this problem. The performance chip operates at 4MHz, the newest patching algorithm for reliability and ease of use. The chip is vehicle specific and custom programmed. It utilizes its high-speed serial input/output to communicate directly with the ECU through the OBD – II port. Inside your ECU is a 3-dimmensional table of values called a map. This table tells your fuel injectors exactly how much fuel to deliver given current air temperature, density, engine speed, throttle position, and other variables. Apex Resources Group Inc. and Pure Water Fuel, Inc. have signed an agreement for Apex to acquire up to 25% undiluted equity interest in Pure Water Fuel, Inc. which owns the Green Engine Technology developed by Cohwen.
