(Free-Press-Release.com) February 17, 2009 -- Conscious Conception, an international Energy and Spirit Coaching company specializing in conception and fertility, is offering a free teleconference called BabySpirit Meditation on February 22 and 26, 2009. Elisabeth Manning, founder of Conscious Conception, is launching her BabySpirit Meditation via telephone to a national audience of women and couples trying to conceive or already pregnant. The calls are designed for those with busy lives who want the convenience, privacy and comfort of staying at home or the ability to access the session from anywhere.

During the calls, Elisabeth guides participants using a set of simple tools to connect with their awareness and mindfulness, increasing fertility potential and enriching pregnancy health. The work includes guided imagery, light work to restore health and circulation, and meditation that calms and clears the mind and emotions. The uplifting nature of BabySpirit Meditation holds a place for couples to “just be,” providing a relaxing method of diminishing fears and other mental/emotional blocks that stand in the way of achieving parenthood. BabySpirit Meditation also connects participants to the essence and personality of their future babies. For example, Elisabeth guides couples to ask specific information such as “what is the right baby name for you?”

How the Teleconferences Works

The free BabySpirit Meditation teleconference kicks off on Sunday February 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. PST, and Thursday February 26, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. PST and is open to all interested. Participants need to email freetelclass@consciousconception.net for the phone number and pin and to specify the date in the subject line. Future classes will be an investment of $25 for singles and couples alike. Elisabeth is also offering a free teleconference to introduce participants to her Conscious Conception work. The free INTRO TO CONSCIOUS CONCEPTION call launches Sunday February 22, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. PST and is available again the following Thursday February 26, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. PST.
