Canada Screenwriters Meeting In Vancouver Will Feature Two Speakers

At the first Canada Screenwriters meeting at PAL -- the Performing Arts Lodge -- in Vancouver, Screenwriter,Comic Book Creator and Games Creator Sandford Tuey will discuss the role of agents and managers for screenwriters of film and TV. He will also discuss moral rights, copyright protection, and protecting intellectual property.

3D Artist/Personal Development Entrepeneur Vincent Nguyen will discuss the creative processes in a game studio environment. He will also discuss about how to instill positive H.A.B.I.T.s to create a more productive lifestyle and how you can take C.H.A.R.G.E. of a situation and turn it into an opportunity for success.

NOTE: Be on time. There is only a 15 minute time period to attend Canada Screenwriters meetings before doors are closed for the duration of the meeting.

Throughout his 30 year career, Sandford Tuey has distinguished himself in a myriad of positions across the entertainment industry. He is a consultant and licensing specialist who created The Original Bruce Lee Martial Arts Game, co-created Robert Ludlum's Game of Counter Espionage, is the creator of the independent comic series Galactic Gladiators and currently enjoys writing screenplays.

Canada Screenwriters will hold monthly meetings at PAL, on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm. This is a venue for writers to get scripts ready for production in films, Games, TV, documentaries, Internet, and Information products. It will cost $48 a year per member. This is important for access to PAL and its resources (and also shows the commitment of members to Canada Screenwriters). Guest may audit one or two meetings before deciding.
