John B. Strong joins Cantey Hanger as Associate



FORT WORTH, Texas (February 19, 2009) -- Attorney John B. Strong has joined Cantey Hanger LLP. as an associate in the Tax Section.
"I am extremely excited about joining Cantey Hanger and very proud to be associated with the firm. I look forward to working with some outstanding attorneys," Strong said.

He most recently was employed with Thomas Development Corporation in Burleson, Texas, focusing on a variety of legal work in the oil and gas industry. Previously, he was an associate with Cotten Schmidt LLP of Fort Worth.
His primary area of focus will be in Business Structuring and Re-structuring Tax Matters, Corporate Tax Matters and Estate and Gift Tax Planning.

Strong received his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University (2002, Cum Laude) in Information and Operations Management and his juris doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law (2006, Cum Laude). He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2006.
