Local Business Owner Purposely “Loses” $100 Gift Cards To Lift Spirits In Orange County, CA

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 19, 2009 -- It appears that in the last few days, there are a handful of Orange County residents who, by finding wallets on the ground have unwittingly stumbled across the “Good Samaritan” campaign of Fullerton business owner Alexander Morentin.

When unsuspecting passersby find these wallets and open them, they discover a $100 gift card and an interesting message: “Attention Would-Be Good Samaritan! Don’t worry about lost and found. My Fit Life wants you to keep this wallet and everything in it. If you need this gift card, please use it. If you know someone who could use it more, please give it to them. Have a beautiful day!”

Says Morentin: “I’m trying to generate some random good luck during these tough economic times. With the news reporting how bad the economy is and the layoffs of thousands of people, I hope to virally pass along good vibes for a change.”
