Universal City, California—February 28, 2009 --- PacAtlantic Pictures announced today that James Brolin has agreed to star in its production of the dramedy "A FONDER HEART."

James Brolin is an actor, producer and director. He has appeared in over 100 productions, starting his career by appearing in Take Her, She's Mine, Goodbye Charlie, Von Ryan's Express, Our Man Flint, and Fantastic Voyage. He then won an Emmy for his portrayal of Dr. Steve Kiley on the popular TV medical series Marcus Welby, M.D. He has appeared in Skyjacked, Westworld, Gable and Lombard, Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, and Hotel.

MGM has given Executive Producer James D. Brubaker & A-List Feature Films a letter (LOI) of Distribution for, "A FONDER HEART."

PacAtlantic Pictures has a recent string of successful films, including "Belly of the Beast," "Scouts Honor," and "An American Reunion." In addition to "A FONDER HEART," PacAtlantic has several other films in production, including "The Last Guy on Earth," and "Soulmates."
