A2D Fitness Systems Launches the FlexTech Digital Fitness Trainer at IHRSA 2009

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 13, 2009 -- A2D Fitness Systems will launch FlexTech, a high-tech, retrofit digital fitness trainer that works with existing commercial fitness machines, at IHRSA 2009, which will be held March 16-19, 2009 in San Francisco.

FlexTech is the only machine of its kind. Researched and developed for over 5 years, FlexTech is a revolutionary system that provides fitness club members with a very efficient digital fitness trainer, monitoring and recording every last detail of their workouts, leaving the user free to concentrate on their current exercise without losing focus.

The FlexTech system allows users to define a personalized workout schedule, monitor the workout in real-time, then records the user’s performance, allowing them to track how they perform and view their gains and progress over periods of time.
