Mallard's Corporate Attorney to Become Board Member

Janie Evins, a corporate attorney for Mallard Computer, Inc., has recently been elected to Mallard's board of directors as the attorney presiding over Mallard's business meetings. Evins currently serves as the corporate attorney for Mallard who handles all of the registration and protection of Mallard's Intellectual Property, as well as handles most of Mallard's corporate relations. Now that she is a member of Mallard's board of directors, she can ensure that Mallard's future business meeting are handled in a professional manner while ensuring Mallard remains true to it's upholding of the laws in its business practices.
