The 4 Star Membership is a one-time $199 plus the annual $35 membership fee. Commissions are $129 per referral on your 1st and 3rd sales while your 2nd and 4th sales pass up to your sponsor. The 5 Star Membership is a one-time $399 fee. Commissions are $209 per referral on your 1st and 3rd sales while your 2nd and 4th sales again, pass up to your sponsor. This is a Modified 2-UP pay plan. In addition, 5 Star members will receive a complimentary vacation with their membership.
