key to success for Americans. According to Autumn Leaf Real Estate Investment Club LLC

(ALREIC), the “entrepreneurial spirit” is alive and well as evidenced by the more than 2,000

members which it has served since its formation in 2003.

ALREIC, based in Temecula, CA, which was originally formed for the purpose of assisting

individuals to purchase residential real estate as a means of investment, has grown significantly in

the scope of its services over the past six years to the point now where it provides a myriad of

services, ranging from loan generation, insurance and property management to helping people to

start their own businesses, offering other forms of investment and even providing travel services.

Noting that ALREIC’s services will continue to expand to meet the needs and desires of its

members, Co-Founder Annie B. Simmons, remarked: “Quite simply, we want to ensure that

individuals and businesses that are motivated to succeed have the ‘tools’ to realize their dreams,

whether that be in the form of financial, management or legal assistance or providing them with

the knowledge, resources or direction required to find or acquire what they need to move

forward.”



As an example of this, Chad Jeremy Ward, ALREIC’s Chief of Operations, pointed to the

expansion of services the club provides in terms of acquiring real estate. When ALREIC was

formed, he noted, its primary mission was to assembly a group of people to educate them on how

to invest in real estate and then find suitable opportunities for them. Ultimately, he added, the

services expanded to assisting in securing loans, insurance, managing properties, putting together

travel packages to them to visit properties and later to aid members in forming businesses to

purchase or manage their acquisitions.

The natural evolution of this, Ward pointed out, led to ALREIC offering other forms of

investment opportunities, financing assistance, helping to repair credit where needed and a variety

of other services. Simmons adds: “We will continue to broaden our services as necessary to meet

the demands of our members within the limits of our capability to do so. If they have the initiative

and energy to seek new horizons, we will do whatever it takes to provide them with the support to

enable them to achieve their goals.”
