Apartment Ad Radio Positioned As Green Alternative To Exterior Signage For Apartments

The company uses an on-site “Micro Transmitter” to broadcast over a specified FM frequency to the car radio of potential visiting tenants. When the drivers tune their radio to the designated frequency (usually broadcasting from the business office), these potential tenants hear information while in their cars about the apartment complex they’re considering--including descriptions of floor plans, amenities, availability, qualifications, business office hours and other selling points.

Tilford states, “In creating our customized audio productions for our clients, we can remain completely in the digital realm. 1. The copy we create for our voice-over artists is digital. 2.The recordings we produce are created digitally. 3. We eliminate the need to post numerous real-world signs to give potential tenants information at apartment properties as our productions are virtual talking signs. The only physical items used are a FM transmitter, and a Compact Disc.”
