FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) March 19, 2009 -- Nancy Carlson is a local Epsom personal trainer and bridal fitness expert. Today she shares the top 5 diet tips for the bride to be.

According to Carlson the following dietary guidelines have produced both body and life-changing results for her many clients, both brides to be and others looking to get rid of ugly, unwanted fat.

Tip #1- Stay Hydrated: Drink at least two to four cups of water immediately upon waking and then drink at least one to two cups of water every two hours you are awake. A dehydrated person cannot effectively lose body fat.

Tip #2- Eat Early and Eat Often: Eat immediately upon waking and then again every two to four hours after that for a total of six to eight feedings per day. This is a staple for any solid fat loss nutrition plan because it allows your body to starve the fat and feed the muscle, optimizes performance, and prevents your body’s starvation signals from going off - and these signals can slow fat loss down to turtle's pace.

Tip #3- Focus on the Essentials: Consume a wide range of organic lean proteins of animal origin (beef, salmon, chicken, turkey etc.), natural fats (olive oil, avocado, nuts, cheese, etc.), and fruits and veggies at each feeding. These foods provide all of the nutrients your body needs to whittle your middle and build those lean, toned arms and shoulders for that sleeveless or strapless wedding dress of your dreams.

Tip #4- You NEED These 2 Supplements: Take a daily whole food based multi-vitamin and a high quality essential fatty acid (EFA) or fish oil supplement. These supplements are critical to support your nutrition plan and achieving optimal health, performance, and body composition.

Tip #5- Think Fiber First When It Comes To Carbs: All carbohydrates (outside of dairy) that you eat should contain AT LEAST three grams of fiber per serving and offer LESS THAN 10 grams of sugar per serving. The fiber will help keep you full between meals and create a more sustained release of lean muscle building nutrients throughout the day.
