Truth Slowly Unfolding on the Alleged Fraudulent Essay Writing Websites

SuperiorPapers dot com, EssayWriters dot net, RushEssay dot com, Killer-content, BestEssays, BestTermPaper and other custom essay and research websites under the defunct Universal Research LLC have continued its operations despite the cancellation of its registration by the Virginia State of Corporation Commission on 31 December 2007. Virginia law requires dissolution and winding up after the cancellation of registration, but it appears that no such winding up was ever made. In the latter part of 2008, a new entity was incorporated, Universal Research Inc. and after sometime, almost all of these websites changed its 'contact us' page from Universal Research LLC to Universal Research Inc.
Recent inquiries made from the Revenue and Business Offices of the different Counties where the websites' offices are allegedly located (as specified on the websites) showed that there were no business licenses granted for them to operate within the respective localities.
