National Women History Month Presents Artist Soraida at The Randolph Library: Exhibition and Talk.
For National Women’s History Month, the Randolph Library presents a special art exhibit and art talk on truth, tolerance, hope and social change by Soraida Martinez, creator of Verdadism.

In continuation of National Women’s History Month events, on Wednesday, March 25th, from 7:00PM to 8:30PM, the Randolph Library, 28 Calais Road, Randolph, New Jersey, presents a special art exhibit and talk by Soraida Martinez, creator of Verdadism.
Soraida is an artist/writer/social advocate who since 1992 has been internationally
recognized for Verdadism, a unique art style that advances peace, tolerance and social
change through paintings with written social commentaries. Some of the themes that the

The reason for Soraida’s Verdadism exhibition is to create awareness of humanity
through art and words that foster open-mindedness and acceptance of the differences in all human beings. The artist has appeared at major universities, corporations and institutions throughout the northeast. She is also the author of a book on the art of Verdadism entitled, “Soraida’s Verdadism: The Intellectual Voice of a Puerto Rican Woman on Canvas; Unique, Controversial Images and Style.” The artist has received accolades from educational and governmental organizations for her socially conscious art and social statements.
