announced it will provide an economic protection plan for participants in
its business continuity courses.

"In these uncertain economic times, all companies need a business continuity
plan more now than ever before. With revenues and supplies stretched as thin
as they are, even a minor business interruption can quickly escalate into a

"From time to time, individuals may not be able to attend the course for
which they have registered and paid. Perhaps they have been laid off, or
their travel and training budget has been cut," adds Mr. Bittle.

For these or any other reasons, IBCT wants to ensure that individuals and
their companies are still able to receive the business continuity training
they need, and has offered a 5-part plan to help make this happen:

1. if, for any reason, a course participant must reschedule their
participation in any in-person course for which they have paid any course

fee, for which course fees are to be applied to a future in-person course,
they will also be immediately enrolled in our online 'Diploma in Business
Continuity Planning' course with CCM (Certified Continuity Manager) exam at
no cost whatsoever.

2. if, for any reason, a course participant must cancel their participation
in any in-person course for which they have paid any course fee, their fees
will be immediately refunded AND they will be allowed to enroll in our
online 'Diploma in Business Continuity Planning' course with CCM (Certified
Continuity Manager) exam with a 50% discount.

3. if, for any reason, a company cannot send an individual to a specific
course for which they are registered and paid, and cannot reschedule that
individual to another course, the company may nominate a replacement to
attend the scheduled course or the rescheduled course.

4. if, for any reason, any in-person course must be cancelled or
re-scheduled by IBCT, course participants will be provided with the choice
of either a full and immediate refund of all fees paid or, if they wish, to

have their fees applied to a future course. If the fees for the future
course are less than the fees they have paid, they will receive an immediate
refund of that difference.

5. if, for any reason, any in-person course must be cancelled or
re-scheduled by IBCT, whether or not a course participant requests a refund,
they will also be immediately enrolled into our online 'Diploma in Business
Continuity Planning' course with CCM (Certified Continuity Manager) exam at
no charge to them whatsoever.
