After ten years of making soap and selling her part of the business in NO. CA. We moved to Sebastian, FL. where my wife, Mary Ann became very ill with severe ongoing headaches. She was being treated for migraines, sinus infection and possible brain tumor, which a CAT scan ruled out. Then one day she awoke from a nap and walked into the dresser on the way to the bathroom. I noticed that her eyelid was closed shut and she couldn't open it. I rushed her to the hospital where she was given and MRA and was diagnosed with multiple brain aneurysms. She was operated on the following day and her wonderful Dr clipped two of three, saving her life. After a year of recovery and having her eye repaired she decided to do something positive with the rest of her life so we opened Blue Dolphin Soap Co.

We take short drives to the lagoon most days and if we are lucky enough, we just watch the dolphins play until they move on. They are another gift that God has given us to enjoy and so we named our business after them. Because they have given us such great pleasure and inspiration we felt the name was perfect for our new business. We began selling at local craft shows and then to more regional locations. Our soap was well accepted and soon we were taking phone and internet orders from customers who tried our products and loved them. People began asking us if we had a retail location in their area where they could purchase our products. That's when we knew it was time to partner up with retail outlets in other cities.

In our first year we have grown our simple soap line from a few handmade soaps to scented handcrafted lotions, body mists and powders ( without the use of talc), as it has been linked to cervical cancer. we make perfumed jojoba oils, tea tree oil products and other fine organic vegan products to beautify and help reclaim the more toned and youthful appearance of the skin. We try to always use organic botanicals, oils and other ingredients whenever possible to remain GREEN and eco-friendly.
