The software includes rich features like billing of sales of Dealers to their retailers, maintaining stock information, generating dynamic reports based on user provided data.

TBillz Sales includes the operations for billing sales of products to their retailers. The dealer has to enter the information regarding name of the customer and details of the products, the dealer sold to their retailers. The Dealer can save any number of bills and can print those bills later using Printing Bill Form.

TBillz Purchases includes operations to track purchases of stock by dealers from manufacturers. The Dealers have to enter their invoice bill no of the purchase, supplier’s name, name of the product, the price of the product to which the manufacturer gives to him.

TBillz Stock includes operations to check the current stock of the products they deal. The products can be maintained based on category. So the stock information can be viewed first by selecting the category and then selecting the product that belongs to the category.

TBillz Products includes operations to enable the dealers to add new products to their catalog, fix the products price tag details. The Price tag details includes, price of the product given by manufacturer to dealer, price of the product given by dealers to retailers and the MRP rate for each product while entering new product details. When entering new product details, the information needs to be provided are category under which the new product has to be added, name for the product and the price tag details already said.

TBillz Sales Returns includes operations to return the products sold to retailers in two modes, one in damage mode and another in bill return mode. The product returned in damage mode is considered as the real sales return and added to the sales return catalog. The product returned in the Bill return mode, will be added again to the stock that will be sold to another retailer.

TBillz Suppliers and Customers include operations to maintain details regarding the suppliers, from who the dealer purchases the products. The details include Supplier name, address and the contact number. The Customer information can be maintained by entering the customer name, address and the contact number.
