Chillicothe, Ohio- Citizens against photo enforcement (C.A.P.E.) lined up in the hallway of city auditor Bill Morrisseys office to personally deliver to him their collection of 1791 petition signatures. The amount was over double the 798 signatures that was needed in order to get the Red-light cameras on the ballot in November and permanently banned from their city. When members of city council elected to bring to town the Redflex cameras without taking the time to bring the issue to the citizens, Chillicothe citizens vowed to fight back by getting rid of the cameras as well as current council members. Members of C.A.P.E. have thrown their names in the hat and are prepared to run for council positions.
