Global IT Holdings to announce new way forward in the coming weeks for the benefit of all GITH shareholders. A new management team is currently being evaluated to oversee our new company direction with the potential to merge with an existing IT Staffing company. Our new company will continue to focus on the IT Outsourcing needs of the business community. We believe that given the current economic turmoil the country is facing, employers will continue outsourcing Information Technology positions and projects to cut overall costs. The IT Staffing sector of the economy has been and will continue to be a growing sector in the economy for the foreseeable future.
