Keller,TX - April 6, 2009 - In an effort to help high school students build lasting positive habits with credit and money before they leave home, Jim Kuhner, has just been accepted as an Affiliate for The Secure Student Program. The program was created by a Founding Faculty Member of the National Institute of Financial Education (www.niofe.org). By going to www.goborrowsmart.com you can find out how students and parents interact with each other through guided online lessons. The Secure Student Program provides a unique combination of online curriculum, habit building exercises, parent student conversations and community support. The experience is done at the students own pace in around 90 days, giving the students and parents the wisdom they need to succeed with credit and money.

The Secure Student Program is an education only experience for high school students to learn about things like credit scoring, protecting credit, how the banking system works, various investment options and how to take personal responsibility for their finances. They teach the real world things students need to know before leaving home so that they can avoid falling into the debt and into a credit trap that so many young Americans are falling into today.
