Angela Baraquio Grey, Miss America 2001, has been invited by Sean Hannity to be a member of the Great American Panel on his nationally- syndicated Fox News Channel show, Hannity’s America, airing Friday, April 17th.
“I am so honored to be asked to be on the Fox News show, ‘Hannity's America’ as a member of the esteemed ‘Great American Panel,’” shares Grey. “I knew becoming Miss America 2001 would change my life, but it's humbling to know that even 8 years later, I'm still being asked to speak publicly on my opinion of current events and world issues,” she adds.
The show's format consists of Hannity interviewing guests and providing his own commentary. The Great American Panel is a select group of individuals chosen by Hannity to discuss and provide their own opinions on various current events and politics.
“I hope audiences will get to hear my unique perspective on issues-- as seen through the eyes of a woman of Filipino ancestry from Hawaii, a wife and mother of 2, a Catholic educator and a former pageant titleholder,” says Grey. “I hope people will walk away with a more positive perception of pageant winners in general, since there are many stereotypes and misconceptions out there, which are not always accurate.”
Hannity’s America airs this Friday, April 17th on Fox News Channel. For times and airings, please check your local listings.
