Is Efusjon The Real Deal? You Decide . . .

Well, that's a true statement if you read the ingredients on the nutritional label, it does not say SUGAR anywhere. This is VERY MISLEADING and they should really watch their statements, not so much the company, but the DISTRIBUTORS! You are guiding your friends and close relatives down a very slippery and ambiguous slope.

You are telling everybody there is no sugar in the product, therefore a diabetic, who may be a trusting soul, believing his FRIEND would not steer him wrong, might drink this believing there is NO SUGAR in it! READ THE LABEL CAREFULLY and you will find the ingredient "Crystalline Fructose".

This is High Fructose Corn Syrup that has been allowed to crystallize and then is crushed in a powder. This IS SUGAR, you will also note on the label there are 15 carb grams per drink. No matter how you word the word "sugar" the carb content is what everyone should see and apply to their situation. Is this product better than drinking a Soda? Yes! Is it "SUGAR FREE"? Absolutely NOT!

If you are trying to hold yourself to 60-70 carbs per day I really don't think you want to spend 1/4 of your days allowance on a drink, maybe I'm wrong. There is also 60 calories in each drink, which IS also better than a soda.
