ScareCON, Europe’s only show dedicated to scare attractions invades Birmingham NEC on May 7th 2009

Through a combination of live actors, special effects and design, guests are treated to a frightening experience, which will take them on a safe, yet terrifying journey into the unknown.

The scare attraction industry in the UK is growing rapidly with the recent popularity of Halloween. Large theme parks such as Alton Towers or Thorpe Park hold extremely popular horror night events each year, where guests are subjected to sinister or scary mazes, while eager guests stand outside waiting for their chance to go next!

Joining the large corporate companies, many smaller family-run attractions and farm parks have also taken to scaring their guests as well as providing family themed Halloween events to entertain all ages.
