Charleston Business Owners “Rally Back from Recession”

CHARLESTON, S.C.—The current economic climate is hurting all business, but the small business owner is taking a significantly bigger hit. Small business has always been the backbone of the American economy, and two local business women are doing their part to help out other small business owners.
