CTI Group’s proven, seamless integration of SmartRecord IP with the BroadWorks platform allows Telesphere to provide its customers with hosted call recording, making the transition to VoIP even more compelling. Hosted applications offer an easy way for service providers to provide the applications that their customers need without requiring any capital investment or service interruption.
