a huge stock of up and coming swimsuit models who live in San Diego that are aspiring to that type of status and some of them have the beauty, talent and personality to do it", said spokesperson Mark Fitzgerald.

SoCal Beaches Magazine has found a niche for featuring swimsuit models along San Diego beaches and showcasing them with classic cars, hot rods and surfers.

"It does not make sense to shoot swimsuit models in a studio when we have some of the best beaches in the

world", said photographer Sean Callahan who has done over 200 photoshoots in the last 5 years plus covering events and shooting lifestlye photos for the online publication.

"Our niche is to capitalize on the Southern California beach lifestyle and showcase the swimsuit models at great beaches with classic cars and surfers to recreate a Beach Boys kind of surfing culture".

"We are sort of a Baywatch online, but we showcase real models and beaches without a tv series storyline", he said.

The niche for shooting swimsuit bikini models along the beaches of Southern California is taking off and in addition to viewers coming to see swimwear models many more are also coming to see some of the rare classic cars and hot rods featured online.

"Finding great cars to shoot with the models is actually more of a challenge that finding the models sometimes" admits Callahan who says that SoCal Beaches Magazine seems to find an endless source of models to shoot with.

"Swimsuit models know a few thing about doing a photo shoot with us and that is that 1. we are here to have fun and not be too serious and 2. we take great photos that help provide shots they may not get with other photographers and publications and 3. we can provide a lot of exposure for swimsuit models on our group of websites, Myspace.com profiles and YouTube.com page which help them pick up jobs and work with other companies".

The SoCal Beaches Magazine websites are growing fast in popularity and Mark Fitzgerald expects to see over 1 million visitors reach the websites and Myspace.com pages by the end of 2009.

"Our first 3 years help build up a lot of content and create a local and regional following but this year we are moving to a national level where people from all over the country are coming to see us via referrals and a large growing following on Myspace.com and YouTube.com", he said.

Socal Beaches Magazine showcases the swimsuit models and centerfolds on their main group of websites in addition to local San Diego beach area websites. The "Mission Beach Girls" website was created to showcase swimsuit models only and features some of the best bikini models in San Diego and Southern California.

"We have had many models drive down from Orange County and Los Angeles to shoot with us and we are very lucky to have worked with some of the best up and coming models in California", commented Fitzgerald who also said that they plan on moving up the California coast and doing more photoshoots in Los Angeles and Orange County in the next six months. "We are ready to break out of San Diego and start showcasing more models, classic cars and beaches up the coast".
