Prudential - IPG’s Dana Berggren Obtains LEED AP Designation

Las Vegas, NV, May 5, 2009 — Dana Berggren, Senior Commercial Advisor at Prudential | IPG Commercial Real Estate was awarded her LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) AP designation after passing the USGBC (US Green Building Council) examination. The LEEP Professional Accreditation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skill to successfully steward the LEED certification process. LEED is an internationally recognized certification system that measures how well a building or community performs across all the metrics such as: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emission reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.

In addition, Mrs. Berggren was also promoted to Senior Commercial Advisor as she became one of the top producers in the office for the first quarter of 2009. Ms. Berggren specializes in the sales and leasing of office and industrial property. She moved to Las Vegas in 2002 and has since represented clients including, SAXA, Inc., Gemstone Development, and The Koll Company. Additionally, she is an active member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Members) and NAIOP.
