SoCal Beaches Magazine is an online publication that includes nearly a dozen websites and Myspace.com profile pages that Fitzgerald claims have gotten nearly one million visitors in the last year and a half. The beach based publication includes covering events like surfing and pro beach volleyball in addition to showcasing the Southern California beach lifestyle. "We have gotten over 350,000 video views in our first year on YouTube.com and our Myspace.com profiles have gotten over 600,000 views. We expect 2009 to produce close to a million visitors and 2010 to nearly double that figuire", said Fitzgerald. "The Southern California beach lifestyle is something that everyone enjoys and we provide a wide range of content to showcase that lifestyle including photos, blogs and videos", Fitzgerald added. "It just so happens that San Diego and Southern California swimsuit models are known to be the sexiest in the world and we showcase those models on our websites", he finished.

SoCal Beaches Magazine sets up photo shoots with swimwear models along the beaches of San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. "It does not make sense to shoot models in studios and backyards when we live at the best beaches in California", said photographer Sean Callahan. "We want people to see the models in a natural setting on the beach", he added.

So far nearly one hundred swimsuit model photo shoots are showcased on SoCal Beaches Magazine but Mark Fitzgerald expects that number to increase greatly over the next 6 months. "We are starting to get national recognition from other large publishing companies for the large amount beautiful swimsuit models showcased on the website and that is creating a large amount of emails from aspiring models who now want to be photographed and showcased on our websites" he said. "The models know we can provide them with quality photos for their resume and we are here to have fun" Fitzgerald continued.

We try to shoot as many models as possible and we are also getting ready to add a "guest models section" which will showcase swimsuit models from all over the country. "We are working on finding a sponsor now who will pay for our top voted models to fly out for an exlusive group of photo shoots" he said. "That is when we will start showcasing thousands of models from around the country and eventually around the world" he concluded.
