PREMIER PETROLEUM ADDS EXXONMOBIL TO ITS BRAND PORTFOLIO

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 13, 2009 -- Premier Petroleum Inc, Norcross, Ga. and Milford Oil Company, Inc., Hartwell, Ga. today announced that Premier Petroleum has acquired the assets of Milford Oil Company, Inc..

Milford Oil Company is a branded distributor of gasoline and diesel fuels under the ExxonMobil brands. Albert Milford has a long and distinguished history in the gasoline industry in the Northeast Georgia area. Milford Oil Company was established in 1981 and has supplied numerous convenience stores and commercial customers in its 28 year history. Mr. Milford said he chose this time to sell so that he may spend more time with his family.

Premier Petroleum is a branded distributor of Shell and CITGO motor fuels with offices in Norcross, Ga. Premier’s founder and president, Aziz Dhanani, said “I look forward to working with our new ExxonMobil supplier and to expanding their branding program throughout Georgia and the surrounding states”.

Premier currently supplies approximately 100 stores throughout Georgia.
