We will be starting a new round of boot camp based on YOUR schedule. We are looking to offer classes at 5a.m, 6a.m., 7 a.m, 8 a.m, and noon. We already have them at 7pm monday through friday. Based on the amount of responses, we will offer 3 classes a week on a rotation from Monday- Saturday. This will be a high intensity fat burning, muscle sculpting session, geared to get you in the best shape of your life!!! Guaranteed Results!!! Body measurements before and after, meal plans, ideas, shared experience, motivation, friendships,surrounded by people that are chasing the same thing..health!!!!!!!!!!

Classes are $99.00 ,3 times a week, for 6 weeks!!!!!!!

Elit Fitness Boot camp is an intense interval workout the combine’s cardio vascular training resistance training and sport conditioning training, its physically challenging emotionally and spiritually up lifting and ton of fun!

Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy
