After the 911 terrorist attacks the world has been trying to make us all safer in everything we do. They have come up with new scanning in airports that has caused a lot of controversy with the entire body scan. What it does is you step inside a box type thing and it produces a full body scan on you. It does not show clothes but is like x-ray vision from years ago in comic books and cartoons.

People are freaking out with this technology because of the explicit pictures it produces. I personally do not know what all the fuss is about. I fly quite often and wonder each and every time I board a plane if someone has a bomb on board, or something cancelled on their person.

With this new scan it is not like the entire world gets a show of your naked body, but rather just the person operating the machine. The machine has two operators and neither see the passenger in person. They see an image on a computer screen not near the machine or the passenger. The persons face is also blurred out so no one can detect them at all. The officers watching the images are also not allowed to have cell phones, cameras or any other form of recording equipment. The computer itself does not have any storage in it so nothing can be saved period!
