CUTE Celebrity Gift Bags

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 19, 2009 -- Miami, FL 5/19/2009 —Sixteen Cute bags arrived at the Shore Club on Thursday to be included in A Concert For Charity’s celebrity “gift bags”. The concert took place on Saturday, May 16th at the Shore Club in Miami Beach. These bags were donated by Cute, LLC in hopes the celebrities will wear them and help create awareness.

Performing was the “Band From TV”, which normally consists of Greg Grunberg, James Denton, Jesse Spencer, Bonnie Somerville, Bob Guiney, Teri Hatcher, Adrian Pasdar and Hugh Laurie. Although it seems Bonnie Somerville and Hugh Laurie were unable to attend, there was a surprise guest vocalist, Louise Griffiths.

What started out a few years back when Greg Grunberg was asked to play a gig at the House of Blues with a couple of celebrities, is now a celebrity band that could also serve as a platform for another passion - raising money for charitable causes. The band was created to provide funding and resources for several incredibly worthwhile charities around the world. All the celebrities have a charity they support. "Band From TV" is all about giving, with the majority of the money raised from gigs and the band's upcoming DVD being donated back to help the charities in their endeavors.

Other sponsors’ items were stuffed inside these Cute Bags and they were placed in the rooms of celebrities scheduled to attend and some of the band members for them to see upon their arrivals. Amongst these celebrities were: Teri Hatcher and her daughter, Emerson, Natalie Maines, Rebecca Budig, Louise Griffiths, Greg Grunberg, Melora Hardin, Anna Kournikova, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Brooke Hogan, Kate Walsh, Rebecca Romijn, Gloria Estefan, Kelly Clarkson and Alica Minshew. Despite the fact that some celebrities were unable to make it to the event, the bags will certainly be sent directly to them.

Cute, llc was established in April of 2008 in hopes that their eco-friendly reusable market bags will send out the message that Swarovski crystals spell out on their Cute Bags: Cute (clean up the earth). Cute’s mission is to reduce litter and encourage consumers to tote their groceries in their reusable organic cotton bags. Part of the proceeds of each bag will be donated to various organizations that are dedicated to doing good things for our planet. Cute’s motto is to be fashionably cute while being ecologically conscious.
