moms make money doing work they love while taking care of priority #1: family.
Lara left her successful career at IBM (with roles that spanned sales, PR and education/training)to become a stay-at-home mom to her three children. The Post Partum Depression she experienced with her second child was the wake-up call Lara needed to realize there were some big pieces missing in her life.

Despite the depression, many fears and against the advice of some of the people who loved her, Lara decided to make some significant changes in her life. She signed up for a year-long coach training program that required leaving her two young babes back home with her husband while she pursued her coaching certification in New York City one weekend a month for an entire year.
The Post Partum Depression was no picnic, but it definitely opened Lara’s eyes to the fact that her talents, passion, creativity and ambition weren’t getting expressed through motherhood, no matter how much she loved her children. She found the perfect outlet for all of these in her career as a coach for mom entrepreneurs.
Now she’s on a mission to help other moms find those buried parts of themselves that

motherhood often leaves by the wayside. Her core belief is that moms who get recharged by their work have more to offer their families since they are acknowledged, motivated, fulfilled and rewarded through their work. “When Mama's happy, everybody's happy!” she notes.
