These companies cannot help with litigation, nor advise on other legal options and leave many homeowners in a jam without a backup plan. Who are you going to complain to after you send your money out of state to one of those companies that are NOT regulated NOR licensed to practice law in Texas? Hire an attorney licensed to practice law in your own state.
