RI Surf Photographer Larry McHugh Chooses Palmer Web Design

Palmer Web Design announced today that they have the go ahead to produce a site for local and traveling surf photographer Larry McHugh.

Palmer was introduced to McHugh through Dennis Rebelo, a pillar of the South Kingstown networking community and founder of University Business Consultants. When reached for comment, McHugh said:
