Kellie Smith, the creator of Amour Le Forme decided it was time to give waiting brides the chance to feel and look their best on their wedding day. The idea of using a wedding as a goal to lose weight is not a new one, but doing it the RIGHT way is what Kellie prides herself on.

As much as Kellie loves training brides to be, she is also determined to help any women who has the goal of getting fitter and becoming healthier. She currently runs a Communi-fit programme in Landsdale Perth W.A and is looking to expand this to surrounding suburbs.

After completing further training in 'pregnancy fitness', Kellie runs a Mums and Bubs group once a week. New mothers are able to take their bundles of joy to the training sessions, while they have a safe and enjoyable workout specifically designed for post pregnant women.
