Jordan Tate eager to devote much time to thrillers

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 28, 2009 -- Screenwriter Jordan Tate (www.jordantate.net) has vowed not to write anymore period pieces, because she is eager to devote much time to thrillers.
She says: «   I have been writing a lot of spec period pieces lately, principally in between writing assignments, I don’t know why, maybe because I think nowadays stories lack classy, glamour and dream . But, unfortunately, period pieces, don’t sell so well in Hollywood. I want to focus on writing more thrillers in the upcoming months, which is my first love ».

Jordan is currently finishing « Earth friends », an animation screenplay and an adaptation of
Jodi Raven Hawk Silver’s original short story, which she describes as an ecological Wizard of Oz.
She will start working on spec screenplays of her own in the months to come including, a thriller, by the intriguing title of « the diary of a serial killer ».
