CAYIN Technology to Join COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2009 with Big Hits in World Trade Center Hall 3

CAYIN Technology, the digital signage solution supplier, will soon participate in "COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2009" held from June 2-6. To provide visitors with fresh and impressive visual experiences, five scenarios imitating practical applications including hotel reception, museum, restaurant, ballroom and interactivity will be showcased together with CAYIN’s comprehensive solutions and delicately designed contents. In addition, carrying valuable experience and achievements from 2008, CAYIN will continue to sponsor TAITRA (Taiwan External Trade Development Council) this year with CAYIN’s advanced digital signage player in three main spots: World Trade Center Hall 1, Hall 3, and Nangang Exhibition Hall.

SMP-WEBDUO, CAYIN’s main highlight of COMPUTEX TAIPEI 2009, is the first CAYIN web-based digital signage player supporting dual screen and 1080p Full HD video playback. To demonstrate its capability to manage two displays simultaneously, SMP-WEBDUO is set in the restaurant area and scheduled to show e-menu with static price list and dynamic promotions playing in separate screens. Also, vivid advertising will be showed together with SMP-WEBDUO’s most fantastic function, supporting extended multimedia contents from one screen to another which makes dazzling animation-like effects.

SMP-PROPLUS, CAYIN’s up-to-date zone-type digital signage player, not only employs most functions and advantages of the SMP-PRO series, but also supports HD video playback and portrait orientation. In COMPUTEX, SMP-PROPLUS will be arranged in the museum area with portrait display showing brief introduction of artworks, flash animation, and harmonious background music so that visitors shall be deeply engage in this atmosphere like joining a feast of art.

As in the hotel reception, CAYIN will present SMP-WEBPLUS, the enhanced web-based media player collocated with xPost, the specially designed application software for hotels and convention centers. In addition to live demonstrations through SMP-WEBPLUS, xPost will be introduced with its three modules: lobbyPost, wayfinderPost and meetingPost. Informative messages such as weather information, direction guiding information, meeting schedule, promotional messages, room rates, and advertising will be conveyed corresponding to the real hotel applications.

It’s for the first time that CAYIN Technology showcases SMP-WEBPLUS-T, the touch-enabled digital signage player, at a tradeshow. Visitors can click a button on the touch screen and view the corresponding dynamic product introduction on the other screen promptly. This solution is especially convenient for users who need to control the presentations on remote screens by a touch panel.
