Easy To Use:

1. Add 2 drops of Reagent A to the tip of the

2. Obtain a specimen by rubbing the
QuikAlert™ swab on a food sample.

3. Wait 20 minutes

4. Add 2 drops of Reagent B to the tip of the
QuikAlert™ swab.

5. Wait 1-2 minutes.

6. Immediately read the test results on the
QuikAlert™ swab.

A purple color is a positive reaction.
QuikAlert is an enzyme detection system consisting of a synthetic substrate which, in the presence of enzymes specific to the microorganism, causes a chemical reaction. This reaction, when coupled to a developing agent, causes a color to appear on the tip of the swab.
