Adair has opened a new office in Lincoln City, OR to serve the Oregon Coast including Tillamook, Lincoln, and Lane Counties. The new office which opened to the public last week is located at 1934 SW Bard St. in Lincoln City just off of highway 101.

“We are very excited to open a new sales office and bring people on the Oregon Coast a choice in affordable homebuilding. This extends our reach into a region where we have had success before” said Byron Van Kley, President of Adair Homes. Adair has built a number of projects on the Oregon Coast in the past, but this is the first time the Company will have a physical office presence. “The Oregon Coast Branch is now our eighth office location. It’s our hope to continue growing in order to serve more areas in the Western United States” said Matt Wetzel, Director of Operations for Adair Homes.

Adair builds homes ranging from 1,100 to over 2,830 square feet throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
