Grand Incentives Launches Grand Vacations Savings Programs
More than 68 percent of employees associate their job satisfaction with their benefits satisfaction, but after six years of increased employer health care costs, both employer and employee are feeling a pinch in the cost of benefits. These rising costs have opened the road toward an accelerating need for voluntary benefits, a differentiated and affordable option for employers to offer more benefits to their employees.
Grand Vacations, a collaboration between Grand Incentives and Loyalty Solutions, two leading innovators of consumer and travel-related incentives, premiums and reward programs, has been designed to meet this need for additional benefit options and is based on extensive research to identify the gaps in current programs while targeting the aspects of benefit programs that will attract, motivate, satisfy and retain employees.
