Geeky.es Tech Support Announces Free Open Beta

The site, which just officially launched (URL http://geeky.es), gives visitors a simple form to fill out, which is followed shortly thereafter with an email link to begin a live support chat session.

With this service, there is no sign-up required and no delays of waiting for an answer in a technology web forum. Once the free beta comes to an end on July 1, Geeky.es's service will cost relatively little at $0.60 per minute, only assuming the support session was successful, and rely on the honor system for payment through PayPal. Users are also given the option to pay a flat rate of $15 upfront.
