(Free-Press-Release.com) June 16, 2009 -- On the 2nd Saturday of each month, and the 3rd Wednesday Sept-May, the Two Rivers REIA of Central IA meets to offer education, networking with like-minded peers, and mentoring with seasoned professionals, all for a quarterly membership fee of less than a good pizza. And on most Wednesday nights, we furnish the pizza!

Presentations cover a broad range of topics of interest to residential investors, including inspections, buy & hold strategies, short sales, working with real estate agents, investment analysis, mold, tax-deferred exchanging, accounting and tax issues, legal entities, market trends, fix and flip, buying REO's, etc.

Guests may attend for $10, while quarterly and annual dues are $20/$75, respectively. We had our first convention on May 9, 2009 featuring two nationally recognized speakers -- Larry Goins and Pete Youngs who offered specialized training in wholesaling and rehabbing.
